Step 1: Target Fuel – Testing Pain Points
We tested 10+ pain point statements. Here’s what didn’t work:
“I’m scared I’ll miss the next big opportunity in real estate.”
CTR: 0.67%
And here’s what I did:
“I want simple tokenized investment because I don’t have time to chase documents and signatures.”
CTR: 2.02%
The lesson? Convenience converts better than FOMO—at least in this niche.

Step 2: Headline Testing
We ran 25+ headlines through Sprint 2. Again, surprises.
Loser:
“Invest in digital property shares without burning hours learning tokenization.”
CTR: 0.47%
Winner:
“How to overcome these 5 real estate trust frustrations keeping returns low and capital trapped.”
CTR: 2.88%
Takeaway: Specific pain > technical explanation. People don’t want to “learn tokenization.” They want better returns without the usual BS.
Step 3: Lead Magnet Validation
With clear pain points and winning headlines, we moved into lead magnet angles—educational hooks, download incentives, and email sequences to warm up traffic.
This is where most founders go wrong. They launch full funnels without testing if people even care about what they’re offering.
Each ad here costs less than $50 to test. We move fast, optimize hard, and only double down when the data says so.
Why It Works
We avoid costly misfires.
We generate insights, not just traffic.
We build funnels on validated ground—so scaling isn’t a risk; it’s math.
This approach also helped Mario and his team see exactly where their messaging was off. It wasn’t the offer. It was the angle. Now, they have clarity.
